We started Mavericks Event Center with one simple belief: your wedding day should feel as meaningful as your love story. Long before this place was ours, we dreamed of creating a space where couples could celebrate freely — surrounded by natural beauty, supported by people who care, and never rushed through a moment.
A Dream That Started with “I Do”
Mavericks Event Center was born from a dream that began long before we ever owned a venue. When we were planning our own wedding, we took a leap of faith and signed a contract with a venue that hadn’t even been built yet. There were no finished spaces to tour, no photos to scroll through, only renderings, vision boards, and trust in what it could become.
Over the months that followed...
We watched that venue come to life piece by piece, beam by beam.
On our wedding day, we stood there not only as a couple beginning our marriage,
but also as the very first couple ever to be married in that space.
That experience was transformative.
Watching a vision turn into reality—and celebrating one of life’s most significant moments inside it—sparked something in us.
It showed us the power of a thoughtfully created space and how deeply it can shape memories that last a lifetime.
From that moment on, we knew we wanted to create that same experience for others.

For more than seven years, we quietly carried that dream while searching for just the right place to make it real.
We searched, we waited, and when we stumbled upon a peaceful outdoor wedding venue in the Ozark Mountains,
we knew instantly that it was what we’d been looking for all along.
We’ve put our hearts into creating a place where you can slow down,
soak in every moment, and feel truly taken care of — from your first visit to your final sendoff.
Meet the Owners
We’re Coty and Brooke Roebke, a husband-and-wife team who turned a dream into one of the most sought-after wedding venues in Northwest Arkansas. We know what it’s like to imagine your day before it comes to life, and we created Mavericks to be that space for other couples.
Meet Maverick
As a therapy dog, she makes people feel welcome the moment they arrive with her gentle, happy presence.
Before we opened the venue, Brooke worked as an elementary school teacher.
Maverick joined her daily in the classroom, where she quietly brightened the days of students, staff, and families.
Now, Maverick greets couples, tags along on tours, and reminds us all to slow down and enjoy the moment.
She’s calm, joyful, and the heart behind our name.
