Wedding Venue Questions

Do we have to use a specific caterer?

We require couples to use a licensed caterer for insurance purposes. While we have a list of preferred vendors we trust and love working with, you’re welcome to choose any licensed caterer.

Can I bring my own minister?

Yes, if you have your own ordained minister to perform the ceremony and sign off on the marriage certificate.

Can we use our own vendors?

Yes, as long as they are licensed and insured. We’ll also share a list of our preferred vendors after booking.

Do I have to get my license in Eureka Springs if I’m from Arkansas?

No, you can get your marriage license at any Arkansas county office.

Is there a place for the bride and/or bridal party to get ready?

We have a bridal suite that will be available starting in April 2026 once our renovations are complete.

Am I allowed to bring alcohol?

Outside alcohol isn’t permitted on-site. However, we offer beer and wine service through our licensed bartender as an optional add-on, so you can still toast and celebrate without any extra hassle.

Can we have our ceremony rehearsal here before our wedding?

Yes! A one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included with The Perfect Union and Mavericks Signature Moments packages. For all other packages, please reach out if you’d like to add a rehearsal.

Do we have to clean up after the event?

General cleaning is included in all of our packages. You’ll just need to take anything you brought in with you.

How do we schedule a tour?

Tours are by appointment—just call or email us! You can also check social media for upcoming open house dates.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event.

What is the difference between eloping vs wedding?

Eloping is a small, intimate ceremony, while a wedding is a larger celebration with more guests and activities. Mavericks has packages for both.

Are there places to stay nearby?

Yes, there are several hotels within a few miles. We’re happy to recommend some favorites.
